[Announce] DEC Memos Regarding the Landfill

Dear All,

Just FYI, DEC has sent the City of Albany memos regarding
"Notice of Incomplete Application" for the landfill.

These are quite interesting memos, detailing the issues DEC has found  
so far with the landfill.

Because the memos are a couple of megabytes  in size, I am providing  
links to download them instead of attaching them to this email.

Please note the dates on these memos, two of them are PRIOR to the  
Common Council Committee meeting on December 11.  However, these  
memos were not even mentioned at the meeting.

I am hoping that tomorrow there will be an article in the Times Union  
regarding these memos.
