[Announce] Lights: CFL recycling - DEC site

So which of these http://www.dec.ny.gov/chemical/9089.html
are in our area, feasible for household use, not industrial?  ie 1 or 2 CFLs - ???  Clues, anyone? I have written DEC.

 I have a CFL sitting next to my computer - it failed, and I have to do something with it that is NOT tossing it in the "trash."  And if it breaks, that would be a bad thing...

Great that industry and state gov't are required to recycle their fluorescents - now for households...
