[Announce] Updating my address book and email lists

Hello everyone,
   
  I'm in the process of updating and organizing my extensive email lists and in order to do this successfully, I may need your help. 
   
  Over the course of the last year and a half I have met many new friends, especially on the west coast, and my address book has become quite confused with its now three hundred addresses.
   
  I will be contacting everyone who's only listing in my address book is their email address. I need to have your names to correlate them with the correct organization that you may belong to, ie: SCRAP; STPB; Clearwater; Sierra; CEC; etc.
   
  I won't be asking you for your home addresses or phone numbers, but please provide them to me if you have no objection to doing so.
   
  I only need your name and organizational affiliation.
