Dear All,

This is a reminder that there will be a City of Albany General
Services Committee Meeting
Tuesday, December 11, 5:15 PM
Albany City Hall, Second Floor, Eagle Street Albany.

It is VERY IMPORTANT that as many people as possible attend the meeting.

An update on the landfill application will be the focus of the meeting.

If the meeting does not run too long, would people like to meet
afterwards to discuss the meeting? I would like to propose that we
meet afterwards at the Madison Grill (corner of Madison and S. Swan)
for pizza and discussion. Its about a 10 minute walk from City Hall
(or people can drive, there is parking on S. Swan).

I am open to ideas! I think we should meet and discuss our next
steps. Bert needs some help with the piles of paper he needs to
review in response the FOIL request.

Thanks!

Lynne Jackson

Here is a summary of the agenda:
> This is what will be discussed (according to Bill Bruce):

> the STPB dinner, for discussion purposes and reference, and we can
> run through it quickly with a scientist from Clough if you want . I
> wasn't planning to invite Steve Apfelbaum from AES, since you [I
> assume Honorable Michael O'Brien, chair of the Committee] and Dom
> [Honorable Dominick Calsolaro] already saw his presentation at the
> lasagna dinner. We also want to update/discuss:
